Notes

  • You can edit values in any of the tables.
  • Uncheck the boxes in the 'Include' column to exclude that row from calculations.
  • To download a table, right click on the table and click 'Download to csv'.

You have two options:

  • Upload Tape Station images (PNG); the fragment sizes will be auto-extracted.
    • If the frag. size cannot be found, the value with be blank.
    • The image file name must include the SspArc ID (e.g., "SspArc0155").
  • Upload a CSV table of fragment sizes
    • The table must include 2 columns: "Sample" and "Fragment_size_bp"
